この作品は、行き場のない感情の中で、
気づけば描かざるを得なかった一枚です。

描き始めはただ吐き出すように、
整理できない思いがそのまま筆を動かしていました。

描き進めるうちに、その感情が少しずつ静まり、
呼吸が戻ってくるような時間に変わっていきました。

今も当時の生々しさは残っていますが、
この作品を見ると、その苦しさや揺れを
“残響”としてそっと包み込めるように感じます。

English Description（short version）

“Echo”

This piece was created during a time when my emotions had nowhere to go.
At first, painting felt like releasing everything at once—raw and unfiltered.

As the work progressed, each stroke gradually calmed those emotions,
as if helping me breathe again.

The rawness of that time remains,
but now the memories feel softened—
held gently as an emotional “echo.”
